[Q] Tell us a little about yourself.
My name is Dikla Michlin and I grew up in Israel where I caught the technology bug early on. I started coding when I was a kid so naturally I chose to study Computer Science. Two years ago I got an opportunity to move to California. I couldn’t be happier to start working at Cloudian whose HyperStore solution allows enterprises to extend their private data centers to public clouds. I’m a strong believer in a true hybrid cloud architecture. I contribute to HyperStore evolution as a Senior Software Engineer responsible for Java development with focus on server side programming.
Let me tell you about the newest HyperStore functionality that my team has just finished developing. With Cloudian HyperStore you can now schedule automatic transfers of objects stored on premises to Amazon Simple Storage Service (Amazon S3) or Amazon Glacier. Regardless of file size, your data will seamlessly sync up to the public cloud.
